New diagnostics: audiometry and fibroscopy

These are two brief and painless diagnostic tests that complement the specialist's examination.

Fibroscopy is an investigation performed with a thin, flexible, fiber-optic endoscope with the presence of a built-in microcamera that allows the mucous membranes of the nasal cavities, nasopharynx, and pharyngolarynx to be seen and studied.

In contrast, tonal audiometric testing , or audiometry, is a test that can provide information on hearing ability and allows for the detection of any loss of hearing perception.
