Dr. Invernizzi Tommaso is an ophthalmologist at Life Clinic.
He received his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1996 from the University of Milan, where he completed his residency in Ophthalmology in 2000.
Throughout his career, he has held positions of significant responsibility at major hospitals in Lombardy. He served asChief of Staff and Director of the Complex Ophthalmology Unit at ASST Valtellina Alto Lario, and from 2012 to 2019, he worked at the Complex Ophthalmology Unit of Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo, where he served asMedical Director and Deputy Director, coordinating clinical activities, ward, and operating room activities.
He is currently the Chief of the Department of Ophthalmology at ASST Melegnano-Martesana.
Dr. Invernizzi is highly specialized in advanced ophthalmic surgeryand primarily focuses on: vitreoretinal surgery, cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, eyelid surgery, corneal transplantation, strabismus surgery, and intravitreal injections.
He regularly participates in national and international conferences as a speaker and is the author of scientific publications in the field of ophthalmology. From 2014 to 2015, he also served as an instructor for the “Theoretical and Practical Course in Live Vitreoretinal and Macular Surgery” at the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo.
