Dr. Villa Cristina Villa is a sonographer at Life Clinic.

In 2002, he received his medical degree from the University of Milan.

At the same university, he specialized in Maxillofacial Surgery in 2007 and in Radiodiagnostics in 2017.

Since 2017, he has been practicing as a radiologist at the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital where he is also the referent of the breast radiology service and coordinates the mammography screening programming activity, in collaboration with ATS Bergamo.

Dr. Villa specializes on diagnostic reporting of breast radiology (mammograms, MRIs and ultrasounds), interventional and emergency radiology; as well as all traditional radiology, CT and MRI.

Dr. Villa at Life Clinic performs different types of ultrasound scans, either with traditional probes in cases of breast screening, thyroid pathologies or affecting the abdominal organs; or with the echocolordoppler method for pathologies affecting blood vessels such as stenosis, plaques, ulcerations, and dissections.

Dr. Villa is the author and coauthor of scientific articles published in national and international journals and has always kept herself in constant update by participating as a learner and as a speaker in various medical courses and congresses.
