Dr. Arianna Rotasperti

Medical Nutritionist

Dr. Arianna Rotasperti is a medical nutritionist at Life Clinic.

After graduating with honors from medical school, he completed the Course of Training in General Medicine and a Level II Master's Degree in Nutrition and Applied Dietetics at the University of Milan Bicocca.

He also completed the SIUMB-accredited practical course in Internist Ultrasound.

During his training he gained clinical and research experience in Italy and abroad (United States, Portugal, South America), which enriched his medical and relational vision. He is fluent in English and Portuguese  

Dr. Rotasperti is inotlre a lecturer at the Polis Lombardia General Medicine Training Course and keeps herself in constant scientific update.

His approach is based on Evidence Based Medicine and integrates volume dietetics, a practical and accessible strategy to simplify daily nutrition. She focuses on overweight, obesity, and perimenopausal nutrition, offering individualized and sustainable pathways.

At Life Clinic, Dr. Rotasperti focuses on personalized nutrition education and clinical nutrition pathways, integrating expertise and empathy in a person-centered approach, accompanying patients on a path to long-term wellness.
