Dr. Marco Azzolini

OCULIST

Dr. Marco Azzolini is a surgical ophthalmologist at Life Clinic.

He received his medical degree from the University of Milan in 1992 and specialized in Ophthalmology at the University of Milan in 1996. 

Dr. Azzolini has been practicing as an ophthalmic surgeon at St. Peter's Polyclinic in Ponte San Pietro (BG) for more than 20 years. During his career, he has acquired extensive surgical experience in the field of anterior and posterior segment surgery, glaucoma and refractive surgery, with more than 6,000 surgical procedures in the past 10 years.

Performs, interprets, and reports on key diagnostic methods in ophthalmology such as coherent radiation optical tomography (OCT) and ocular ultrasound.

Dr. Azzolini is the author of numerous publications in Italian and international journals, lecturer and speaker at various conferences.

Finally, he is co-author of different volumes in the ophthalmology specialty.
