Zana Efrem is a massage therapist at Life Clinic.

He has many years of solid experience in the field of rehabilitation and massage therapy. Trained at the Sinapsy Institute in Bergamo, where he graduated in 2002 after a two-year internship, he has developed specialist expertise in the use of advanced electro-medical technologies such as TECAR, laser, and radial shock waves.

His career has been marked by prestigious collaborations, including one with the Palazzolo Nursing Home, which began in 2015, where he works in synergy with urologists on specific treatments using shock waves, and a long assignment at the Rehabilitation Unit of the San Pietro Polyclinic between 2009 and 2014.

In addition to his established clinical practice at the Carvico Medical Center, Efrem has gained significant experience in the field of sports, having worked as a massage therapist for the national ice skating team for four years. His professional approach combines his experience as a sports and therapeutic massage therapist with ongoing multidisciplinary collaboration with physiatrists, orthopedists, and osteopaths, drawing on his extensive experience in water therapy, which began in 1985 through volunteer work.
